Overview

Hewlett-Packard Company enjoys a much-deserved reputation for exceptional care and support of its employees and their families since its inception in 1939. Founders Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard strongly believed that the vitality and ultimate success of any organization was a result of the individual and team efforts of its people. This exceptional commitment to employees and the greater community, in which they live, continues today through, among others, Employee Programs.

EP's programs reflects the legacy of a company that encourages the balance of work and other life demands while achieving business success.

Our Mission

We enhance HP's culture and ability to attract and retain top-quality people by creating and providing centralized employee programs - that make "HP the best place to work."

Our Purpose

Employee Programs contributes to making HP "the best place to work" by providing a variety of programs, services, and opportunities for employees, retirees and their families. Our mission is to provide services and support activities that enhance personal well-being and encourage interaction among employees and their families outside the work environment. We help achieve this through a variety of programs including employee discount, recreation sites, EPP, local site committees, employee clubs, and recreational activities to name a few.
